Quality Control

We conduct live monitoring of agents for quality control. We are able to supply instant feedback to the floor and provide coaching or praise to our agents as we hear calls. Live listening sessions are offered for you and your campaign. Within an hour of any dialing campaign you can hear how scripting sounds and quickly make changes to verbiage as desired.

Preview Dialing

Wildfire uses a standalone dialing system to manage compliance of cell phone dialing. We enable the use of preview mode to ensure agent talk time is maximized and measure the time between calls to make dialing fast and efficient. We have an agent-to-supervisor ratio of 5-1 to ensure that goals are met. Each agent is monitored for quality control on a metric system so underperforming agents can be retrained.

Bilingual Calls

Wildfire can make 1,500 hours of bilingual calls to Spanish speakers per day. Additionally, we can also take on the task of having your script translated into Spanish if needed.
